DMX Drain

DMX Drain is a three-dimensional dimpled sheet made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. The membrane has a unique dimpled design that creates an air gap between the foundation wall or the surface it is applied to and the waterproofing membrane itself. This air gap acts as a drainage layer, allowing water to flow freely downward, directing it away from the structure.

Breathable membranes allow water vapour that has been trapped to evaporate into the air – another key. Also, the membrane has to be strong – it can’t tear.
